These terms cover your use of dimeseed.com and DimeSeed products. DimeSeed is a trade name of CapCom Group LLC (“DimeSeed,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Education, not advice

DimeSeed tools are for education and planning. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, or lending advice, and we are not your financial advisor. Results are estimates based on the numbers and assumptions you enter. Real costs, interest rates, vehicle values, and returns will differ. Before making a financial decision, check the details with your lender, dealer, insurer, or a qualified professional.

No guarantees

We work to keep our calculations accurate, but the site and its results are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Projections about the future, including any hypothetical growth, are illustrations, not predictions or promises.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DimeSeed and CapCom Group LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Purchases

When we offer paid products, what you get and the price are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final, and we don’t offer refunds except where the law requires one. If something you bought isn’t delivered as described, email hello@dimeseed.com and we’ll make it right.

Acceptable use

Use the site for your own personal planning. Don’t copy, resell, or republish the calculator or our content, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Ownership

The DimeSeed name, logo, calculator, and site content belong to CapCom Group LLC. You may share links to the site and screenshots of your own results.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
